Richard Reyes

Connie, our Customer Relations Representative, has lived in the Columbus, OH area for over 25 years with her husband and their 3 children. Once the children were grown, Connie began working at the Richard Reyes State Farm agency in Powell, OH. As a Customer Relations Representative, she assists our Customers with Auto and Home policies, billing and service inquiries, and problem resolution.

Sara, one of our Personal Account Representative, joined the team in September 2018. She came to the office after spending 11.5 years helping people improve their health and confidence at Jenny Craig. She continues her passion for helping people by building relationships with the Agency’s customers and assuring their insurance needs are being met.
Born and raised in Worthington and a graduate of The Ohio State University, Sara now lives in Sunbury with her husband and 4 year old daughter.

Jennifer, one of our Personal Account Representatives, joined the team in the Fall of 2018 after five years of non-profit service here in the Columbus Area. Jennifer serves all of our State Farm customers with their insurance service inquiries and billing questions. As a lifetime Girl Scout, she has a passion for helping others.

Her hobbies revolve around music and the arts. Her current project is redesigning an art studio, while learning wood working. She hopes to join a local Habitat For Humanity Chapter to put those skills to use for the community.
